Implementing Fitness Towards Surfing



South Pacific Surf Shop Team Member, KeliKel demonstrates a short video workout clip of implementing fitness towards surfing. We all know that surfing is such a vigorous sport that requires stamina, strength, and endurance. In this video, KeliKel will demonstrate a few different types of core body weight workouts that will help benefit your surfing performance and also condition your body to its top fitness level.
